Returns

  1. What is your return policy?

    You buy it, you break it. All of our products are custom-made for you, and after thousands of orders, we still think we've never made two identical Neighborhoodies. In short, choose carefully, because you really can't return them.

  2. What if I don't like the layout?

    When you order, you have the option of specifying your layout. Otherwise, layout is left to our designers' discretion. They've produced so many Neighborhoodies that they dream about letter configurations at night; beautiful dreams filled with psychedelic streams and letters made of chocolate. In other words, they know what they're doing and we're sure you're going to love it. If you have any doubts about their abilities, then cover yourself by specifying exactly what you would like in the Design Instructions box on the shipping page.

  3. What if it doesn't fit like I thought it would?

    We provide size charts and detailed descriptions of each different style's fit on every product page. A lot of effort has been put into these to ensure that they are as reliable as possible; however, there is always a degree of fluctuation in the size of manufactured clothing. So unless you're super into crash-dieting or competitive eating, please think carefully about your sizing choices, because we do not make returns because of sizing-related issues. If you have any doubts you can send us a message.

  4. What if you guys didn't give me what I asked for?

    The ONLY time we take returns is if the order we shipped you is different from the order you specified on your order form. This is the ONLY exception. As proof of how much we mean this, you should know that we absolutely deplore putting words in all caps when we're talking to you (and we did it twice here). Please note that if we goofed, you have 30 days to make your return. Otherwise we will be unable to process your return--which would bum us out because we want to do every job perfectly and make each and every one of our customers really happy.
